Ultrasound
Pelvic Ultrasound Scan
This type of ultrasound, also known as a trans-vaginal pelvic ultrasound scan, helps us to get a much clearer picture of your womb, ovaries, and pelvis. We also use it to check the quality of your womb lining – the endometrium – and to calculate the dosage of drugs you might need for IVF treatment. 
AMH
AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) Blood Test

The level of anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) in your blood is used as an indicator of your ovarian reserve and can give us a better idea of how you might respond to IVF treatment. We’ll check your AMH levels through a simple blood test.

Full Blood Count (FBC)
Detects anaemia and assesses overall blood health for infections, platelet numbers and more to ensure your body is ready for treatment and to carry a healthy pregnancy.
If anything unusual appears, we can address it early—before fertility treatment begins.

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) Test

Checks that your thyroid is functioning correctly to support hormone balance, which is crucial for fertility and pregnancy success. If your levels are outside the ideal range, we can offer guidance or treatment to help regulate your hormones before conception.
Hba1c
HbA1c (Average Blood Sugar Test)
Screens for blood sugar issues that could affect fertility and pregnancy, such as diabetes or pre-diabetes. Uncontrolled diabetes can impact success rates, miscarriage rates and abnormalities so it’s essential to find out pre-treatment. 
vitamin D
Vitamin D Test
Research has found that women with adequate levels of vitamin D have significantly higher chances of fertility treatment success. So, our pre-treatment bundle blood tests check for Vitamin D to make sure all our clients have the right levels to increase the likelihood of treatment success, and a healthy pregnancy.
Semen Analysis
Semen Analysis

Before a semen sample is collected, you or your partner, will need to abstain from ejaculation for two to three days. We analyse every semen sample using various techniques and equipment to determine the quality of the sperm and help to identify any potential issues that could be impacting conception.
Consultation
Consultation with a Fertility Specialist
At your consultation with one of our doctors, we will discuss your medical history, your current health, the results of your fertility tests, and the options for progressing your treatment. Your consultation will be with one of our experienced and dedicated doctors who will focus totally on you and on giving you the best possible advice.

Eligibility

This offer is exclusively available to new patients booking with Care Fertility.
Validity

The Pre-treatment Bundle price is valid for consultations booked from the 1st January 2025 and is available indefinitely (subject to review). The ‘Pre-treatment Bundle’ is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended by Care Fertility at any time without prior notice.

 
Exclusions

The ‘Pre-treatment Bundle’ excludes Dublin clinics.

 
Booking

The total cost of £575 includes all applicable tests for the patient, their partner, and a consultation with a doctor. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

 
Cancellation Policy

Patients can cancel their appointment within the 14-day cancellation period and receive a full refund. If an appointment cancellation happens after the 14-day cancellation period but with at least 48 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued. However, missed appointments or appointments cancelled without notice are not refundable. Please note that if test services have been provided within the 14-day cancellation period, refunds are not available. For further details, please visit our website or refer to the terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.
